Limited Warranty

To the original purchaser, Lock-It^® Straps are guaranteed for a period of one year to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. They’re also guaranteed to operate when purchased. Exchanges are upon proof of purchase only. No other warranties or guarantees implied.

Limit of Liability

Since there are so many variables with guitar playing, we cannot possibly guarantee absolute guitar security. No one can. Retailer and manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damages, loss of time, loss of use of product, interrupted operations or commercial loss, or any other consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, down time, goodwill, and/or damages to equipment or property or replacement thereof.

Right of Refusal

Lock-It^® Straps has the right to refuse or reject any order for any reason at the custom shop.
